Configurable File Transfer (FTP)

A Configurable File Transfer integration allows businesses the ability to export data from their system of record to schedule a secure transfer to send out automated messaging when a direct integration isn't available. Setup Process

1. Client will provide Podium integration team with CSV/TXT file that can be exported from a system of record (Required fields: customer name, phone, email, location identifier - i.e. branch ID)
2. Podium's team will configure file formatting, provide sFTP credentials, and recommend ideal timing to upload files
3. Client will upload CSV/TXT files to SFTP server
