Setup Process

  1. Request the Podium | Dealertrack integration

  2. Open Dealertrack, Select “Data Exchange” from the 1st drop down
  3. Select “Opentrack” from the 2nd drop down
  4. In the “Vendor Access” screen, add the 4 API Methods one at a time: Vehicles, Customers, Deals, Service. Select “Podium” or “PDU” as the vendor. Select Today’s date as the “Access Begins” date. Leave the “Access Ends” date blank.
  5. Provide a screenshot or the codes to Podium Support that confirms the 4 API methods have been authorized to Podium, including the Enterprise Code, Company Code and Server Code.
