Setup Process
Step 1: Enable Podium in Dealertrack DMS
• Open the Dealertrack DMS.
• Select “Data Exchange” from the 1st dropdown.
• Select “Opentrack” from the 2nd dropdown.
• In the “Vendor Access” screen, add 4 methods one at a time. \
NOTE: Even if you select all the methods simultaneously, it will only add 1 of the 4 methods.\
• Methods: Vehicles, Customers, Deals, Service
• Select “Podium” or “PDU” as the vendor.
• Select today’s date as the “Access Begins” date.
• Leave the “Access Ends” date blank.
• Click “Ok.”
• Locate and provide the dealership information (account codes).
Step 2: Connect Dealertrack to Podium by entering your enterprise code, company number, and server name.
Step 3: Select the businesses country
Step 4: Click Finish
