Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Log into VaultRE and navigate to Office Integrations.
2. Click Third Party Access.
3. Click Add Token.
4. Select Podium and ensure all scopes are checked.
5. Click Create Token.
6. Find and note your Podium Token; you’ll need to enter this later.

STEPS

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to VaultRE.
3. Allow VaultRE to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate VaultRE data.
5. Select your Country.
6. Select the VaultRE account you wish to connect to this Podium location.
7. Allow Podium to access contact sync and import.
8. Allow Podium to send new leads to VaultRE.
9. Click Finish.
10. Select the automations to use with your VaultRE integration.
11. Click Activate.
