Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Log in to Freshdesk.

2. Navigate to Freshdesk Profile > Profile Settings > Your API Key.

3. Note your API Key; you’ll need to enter it later.

STEPS

1. Click Connect.

2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Freshdesk.

3. Allow Freshdesk to access the appropriate Podium data.

4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Freshdesk data.

5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.

6. Click Finish.

7. Select the automations to use with your Freshdesk integrations.

8. Click Activate.
