Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Log in to Freshsales.

2. Navigate to Freshsales Profile > Settings > API Settings.

3. Confirm the reCAPTCHA to view your API Key.

4. Note your API Key; you’ll need to enter it later.

STEPS

1. Click Connect.

2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Freshsales.

3. Allow Freshsales to access the appropriate Podium data.

4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Freshsales data.

5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.

6. Click Finish.

7. Select the automations to use with your Freshsales integrations.

8. Click Activate.
