This Gmail feature enables users to:

• Consolidate your leads in one place
• Store contact data seamlessly in Podium
• Automatically text leads and save time following up
• Use one simple tool to organize all your contact forms

Compatibility

This feature is only available for users with Gmail accounts.

Setup Process

1. Click Begin.
2. Select the websites that host your contact forms (i.e. Angi).
3. Sign in to your Gmail account and authenticate Podium’s access.
4. Review and confirm the forms you’d like to sync. You can add custom sources that aren’t provided in our default list.
5. Customize the automated text that contacts will receive after submitting a form.
6. Watch your forms flow into your Podium Inbox.
