With Podium and Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), you can automatically request reviews from contacts after specific transactions. You can also sync contacts and conversations between Podium and Keap.

Setup Process

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Keap.
3. Allow Keap to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Keap data. (Log in to Keap if necessary.)
5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
6. Click Finish.
7. Select the automations to use with your Keap integration.
8. Click Activate.
