Podium's integration with LiveSwitch Contact enables businesses to:

• Deliver a seamless customer communication experience by sending LiveSwitch Contact text messages directly through Podium, inviting customers to easily join a live video call or record a video.
• Save time and reduce data entry by creating a record of LiveSwitch Contact conversations in Podium.

Compatibility: Podium is integrated with LiveSwitch Contact (https://www.liveswitch.com/contact) and available for all users.

• LiveSwitch Contact: There is no additional cost to the customer for the integration. 

Setup Process 

Users can get setup through their LiveSwitch Contact account.

1. Login and go to "settings"
2. Scroll down to the "integrations" section
3. Select to "install" the Podium integration
