Setup Process

STEPS

  1. Contact Podium Support to request a connection. You can either text at (801) 829-9470 or call at (801) 999-8216.
  2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Ortho2 Edge.
  3. Download the Sikka Platform Utility and follow the install prompts.
  4. Allow Ortho2 Edge to access the appropriate Podium data.
  5. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Ortho2 Edge data.
  6. Select the corresponding Ortho2 Edge location you wish to connect.
  7. Allow Podium to access contact sync and import.
  8. Click Finish.
  9. Select the automations to use with your Ortho2 Edge integration.
  10. Click Activate.
