Compatibility

You must be using QuickBooks Online, and your QuickBooks Online invoice numbers must match your Podium invoice numbers.

Setup Process

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to QuickBooks.
3. Allow QuickBooks to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate QuickBooks data. (Log in to QuickBooks if necessary.)
5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
6. Check the box for Payment Writeback.
7. Click Finish.
8. Select the automations to use with your Quickbooks integration.
9. Click Activate.
