Import your Salesforce contacts into Podium, making it easy to send review invitations.

• Save time managing your contacts by seamlessly importing your leads and contacts into Podium. No more copy and pasting between systems!
• Improve your online rating by requesting reviews after opportunities and cases are closed.

NOTE

This integration does not support custom fields and objects. A custom integration is recommended

Compatibility

All Salesforce versions except Professional; Works with the Cases, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities objects.

Setup Process

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Salesforce.
3. Allow Salesforce to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Salesforce data. (Log in to Salesforce if necessary.)
5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
6. Click Finish.
7. Select the automations to use with your Salesforce integration.
8. Click Activate.
