Service Fusion and Podium

Compatibility

You must be using the Service Fusion Pro Plan.

Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  1. Log in to Service Fusion.
  2. Navigate to My Office > Developer Settings > API Credentials.
  3. Generate a Client Secret.
  4. Note your Client ID and Secret; you’ll need to enter them later.

STEPS

  1. Click Connect.
  2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Service Fusion.
  3. Allow Service Fusion to access the appropriate Podium data.
  4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Service Fusion data.
  5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
  6. Click Finish.
  7. Select the automations to use with your Service Fusion integration.
  8. Click Activate.
