Compatibility

You must be using the ServiceMonster Grow or Premier Plan.

Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  1. Log in to ServiceMonster.
  2. Navigate to Settings > API Users.
  3. Add a new user with the Admin role.
  4. Note your Username and Password; you’ll need to enter them later.

STEPS

  1. Select Connect.
  2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to ServiceMonster.
  3. Allow ServiceMonster to access the appropriate Podium data.
  4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate ServiceMonster data.
  5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
  6. Select Finish.
  7. Select the automations to use with your ServiceMonster integration.
  8. Click Activate.
