Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  1. Log in to ServiceTitan.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API Application Access.
  3. Connect New App and select Podium. If Podium is unavailable, please contact [email protected] with your ServiceTitan Tenant ID.
  4. Generate a Client ID and Client Secret.
  5. Note your Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret Key; you’ll need to enter them later.

STEPS

  1. Click Connect.
  2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to ServiceTitan.
  3. Allow ServiceTitan to access the appropriate Podium data.
  4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate ServiceTitan data.
  5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
  6. Check the box for Contact Sync, Payment Writeback, Lead Writeback, and Conversation Writeback.
  7. If you have multiple locations, specifiy which “postal codes” and/or “business units” to use for the selected location.
  8. Click Finish.
  9. Select the automations to use with your ServiceTitan integrations.
  10. Click Activate.
