Compatibility

Your ServicePro plan must include API Access.

Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  1. Log in to ServicePro.
  2. Navigate to Setup > Company > User Login Setup > Create New User.
  3. Create User login credentials for Podium. You can use an email such as ‘[email protected]’.
  4. Create a Password for Podium.
  5. Set the User Role to Administrator.
  6. Note your Username and Password; You’ll need to enter them later.

STEPS

  1. Click Connect.
  2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to ServicePro.
  3. Allow ServicePro to access the appropriate Podium data.
  4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate ServicePro data.
  5. Select your ServicePro Company.
  6. Select your ServicePro Branch.
  7. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
  8. Click Finish.
  9. Select the automations to use with your ServicePro integrations.
  10. Click Activate.
