Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  1. Login to your Shopmonkey account.
  2. Click Settings > Users > Open up your selected user with Admin level access and Copy your Public Key and Private Key found under API Keys.
  3. Next, in Settings, click on ‘API & Webhooks’ > toggle ‘Enable API’ access for 3rd party integrations.

STEPS

  1. Navigate to the Shopmonkey app in Podium.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Shopmonkey.
  4. Allow Shopmonkey to access your Podium data.
  5. Allow Podium to access your Shopmonkey data.
  6. Enable Contact Sync & Import.
  7. Click Finish.
  8. Enable your Shopmonkey automations.
