Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  1. Log in to Simpro, select the appropriate company.
  2. Navigate to Setup > API > Applications.
  3. Create Application, enter required information and select “API Key” as the authentication method.
  4. Copy your API Key then click Create.
  5. Note your Podium Token and Simpro Build URL (eg yourbusiness.simprosuite.com); you’ll need to enter this later.

STEPS

  1. Click Connect.
  2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Simpro.
  3. Allow Simpro to access the appropriate Podium data.
  4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate simPRO data.
  5. Select the Simpro company you wish to connect to this Podium location.
  6. Select the Job Status that you would like to use to trigger a review invitation.
  7. Select if you wish to send messages to Site Contacts or Individual Customers.
  8. Enable contact sync and conversation write back if desired.
  9. Click Finish.
