Setup Process

Step 1: Connect Podium to VinSolutions Step 2: Enable Podium Integration in Connect CRM • As CRM admin, go to Settings > Dealer Settings > Partner Enablement
• Under Application Service Providers & Event Subscribers, locate Podium Solutions and toggle the integration ON
• Accept the terms in the confirmation dialogue box
Step 3: Create a Podium User in your CRM
• Navigate to Settings > Users > Click Add
• Use the following details for the new user:
• Username: PodiumWebchat
• First & Last Name: Podium
• User Type (right-hand side): Manager
• Enter any password for the user. Podium will not need the password
Step 4: Connect VinSolutions by entering your Dealer ID
Step 5: Select the businesses country
Step 6: (Optional) Add Lead Source Filters
Step 7: Connect Keet
Step 8: Enter the One-time Bridge ID code to finish Keet authentication
Step 9: Click Finish
Step 10: Enable any automation
