Compatibility

Your Zendesk Sell account must have API Access.

Setup Process

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Zendesk Sell.
3. Allow Zendesk Sell to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Zendesk Sell data. (Log in to Zendesk Sell if necessary.)
5. Allow Podium to access contact sync and import.
6. Click Finish.
7. Select the automations to use with your Zendesk Sell integration.
8. Click Activate.
