You can also request reviews for completed appointments and sync certain information between Podium and Zenoti. Zenoti customer will require a subscription to Zenoti’s API Package to use this integration.

Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Ensure you have an active Zenoti API Subscription

STEPS

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Zenoti.
3. Allow Zenoti to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Zenoti data.
5. Select the Zenoti center you wish to connect to this Podium location.
6. Enable conversation write back if desired.
7. Click Finish.
