Zipwhip

If you’ve been using Zipwhip to communicate with your customers or clients, and are looking for another solution, Podium makes it easy to continue messaging them using text.

• Transfer your contacts from Zipwhip into Podium so you can continue to message customers from a computer or mobile device.
• Centralize all your customer conversations by automatically importing Zipwhip messages into Podium.

Setup Process

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to ZipWhip.
3. Allow ZipWhip to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate ZipWhip data.
5. Click Finish.
6. Contacts and Conversations will automatically be imported into Podium. (You can check the Contacts tab and Closed Conversations to make sure they’ve been imported correctly.)
